Shipping & Returns


We are happy to ship throughout Europe!

Shipping and handling costs are about 5 EUR within Germany and for all other European countries 15 EUR. They a subject to payment upfront together with the costs of your ordered products.

We ship as soon as you payed the product.

If item is shipped, you receive a notification via email.


Returns & Exchanges

We know not every purchase works out. Here is how to make a return.

To return or exchange a product purchased at one of our retail partners:

Please contact that retailer directly to begin the process.

To return or exchange product purchased at our online shop:
You can return a product with 14 days after receiving them.
We will gladly accept for return or exchange full price  for apparel that is not worn, altered or washed, with the original tags fully attached.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For an EXCHANGE we will ship out the new item as quickly as possible after receiving the item to be exchanged. If we don’t have your preference in stock, we will contact you to follow your wishes!
If you have a RETURN, infits will provide a full refund (less shipping and other applicable charges).
Help us help you.  Whenever possible:
Please include original packaging with the tags still attached.
Enclose your original pack slip form with your wishes for a return or exchange and send it with the return item via traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to:
